Structured Cabling Contractor
My first job was from a small company, a starting amusement center,
operating in the provinces but the head office is at the metro.
Since they are just starting to expand they are not yet automated,
their work system is not yet organized. As I got hired, my supervisor
laid out her plans of starting an accounting system. She said they
started using it a year before I got hired but they haven’t
implemented it. As I learned about this accounting system, it needs to
be connected with other departments too like, Human Resources
department, Purchasing Department and Treasury department.
And because we need to network all these workstations with a help of
an experienced Structured Cabling Contractor , this contractor will finally straighten out
our network cables as we continually explore the accounting system
before implementing and integrating it with other departments. Since
it was just a small company, it only took two days for the contractor
to finish it. The contractor really did a good job with their work so
it only took a few more weeks to get our accounting system (connected
to other departments) up and running.
Sandi Vito – Championing the Work Force of Pennsylvania
Nine years ago, real wages were stagnant if not falling in the State of Pennsylvania. The work force and employment sectors of the state needed a real boost for them to come alive and benefit all the state citizens and workers. If the State is decided to become competitive, Governor Rendell knew he had to reshape human capital strategy and organize the work force and employment system. In 2003, the governor appointed Sandi Vito as Deputy Secretary for the Work Force Development. The Governor challenged her to make necessary actions in improving the work force and employment enhancement programs in all state agencies and look for methods in the general improvement of the system.
Sandi Vito responded quickly to the challenge by leading a newly-formed Committee on Human Capital Committee, the composition of which included members coming from the major work force and employment departments. The main job of the committee included investigation of all aspects of the current work force such as fund streams, investments and programs as well as service delivery.
Immediately Sandi Vito worked to perform an exhaustive research process that will determine where the funds meant for work force and employment sectors can be used for optimum results. In cooperation with the officers from Workforce Information Program as well as Work force Investment Group, she conducted a major analysis of the industry groups of the State of Pennsylvania to assist makers of work force policies in the creation of investments with the intent of making the sector of work force in the State more competitive.
